Loren Komperdo, P. Geol. — President, Chief Executive Officer and Director

Mr. Komperdo, a geologist, has been Keeper Resources Inc.’s Chief Executive Officer since the Company’s inception in October 2003.
Prior to that, Mr. Komperdo was the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Tiberon Minerals Ltd. from January 1995 until June 2003.
Tiberon is a Toronto Stock Exchange listed mining company responsible for the discovery of the Nui Phao tungsten-fluorspar deposit in Vietnam.
Mr. Komperdo sits on the Board of Tiberon and is one of its major shareholders.
From October 1994 to May 1997 was an Officer and Director of TSX Venture listed Celtic Minerals Ltd.
Celtic Minerals Ltd. is a Canadian mining company involved in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties worldwide.
Prior thereto, Mr. Komperdo practiced as a geological consultant from 1983 to 1994.
Prior thereto, Mr. Komperdo was a exploration and development geologist with Canterra Energy Ltd. from 1981 to 1983 and prior to that,
Mr. Komperdo was a geologist with Merlin Petroleum Consulting Ltd. from 1979 to 198l.
Mr. Komperdo obtained a Bachelor of Science (Geology) degree from the University of Alberta in April 1979.
Ron Gardiner — Vice President Exploration and Director
Calgary, Alberta
Mr. Gardiner has been Keeper’s Vice President and a Director since the Company’s formation.
Prior to that he was a geological consultant with Black Arrow Resources, a consulting company, since January 2002.
Prior thereto, Mr. Gardiner was an exploration manager with Barrington Petroleum Ltd., an oil and gas company,
from January 2000 to November 2001 until its corporate takeover.
Prior thereto Mr. Gardiner was the Chief Geologist at Sunoma Energy Corp., an oil and gas exploration and production company,
from January 1997 to January 2000 until its corporate takeover.
Prior thereto, Mr. Gardiner was a geologist with Paloma Petroleum, an oil and gas company, from May 1993 to January 1997.
Mr. Gardiner obtained a Bachelor of Science (Geology) degree from the University of Calgary in April 1979.
Dave Oberhofer, P.Eng. – Vice President Engineering and Operations
Mr. Oberhofer joined Keeper Resources Inc as Vice President, Engineering and
Operations last September. Prior to Keeper he was a Senior Petroleum Engineer
with Petrofund Energy Trust, Conoco/Phillips and Husky Oil conducting production
exploitation in Western Canada. In addition, Mr. Oberhofer worked overseas
in North Africa and South East Asia as a senior specialist in production
engineering and well completions. Mr. Oberhofer obtained his Bachelor of
Science (Chemical Engineering) degree from the University of Calgary and has
been a Professional Engineer (APEGGA) since 1983.
Tanya Kaczmarek — Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer
Calgary, Alberta
Ms. Kaczmarek has been the CFO of Keeper since its inception.
Prior to that she was an accounting consultant since March 2000, providing financial accounting services for publicly traded and privately held corporations.
Ms. Kaczmarek was also a senior accountant with Fluor Canada Ltd., an engineering, procurement, construction and maintenance services organization,
from September 2000 to July 2001. Prior thereto, Ms. Kaczmarek was the Vice President of Finance with Fabutan Sun Tan Studios,
a franchise organization, from March 1998 to March 2000.
Prior thereto, Ms. Kaczmarek worked for a public accounting firm from 1994 to 1998.
Ms. Kaczmarek obtained a diploma in Business Administration from Mount Royal College in December 1994
and a Certified General Accountant's designation in August 1998.
Kevin Flaherty — Director
Calgary, Alberta
Mr. Flaherty has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and director of Celtic Minerals Ltd., a Canadian mining company, since 1994.
In addition, Mr. Flaherty is a director of Linear Gold Corp., a Canadian mining company, since 2003.
Mr. Flaherty is a director of Carpathian Gold Inc., a Canadian mining company, since 2003.
Mr. Flaherty is a Member of the Board of Management of Nui Phao Mining Joint Venture Company, since 2003.
Mr. Flaherty was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and director of Tiberon Minerals Ltd.,
a Canadian mining company, from 1995 until 2004.
Mr. Flaherty was the CFO and a director of Dalton Resources Ltd., an oil and gas company, from 1993 to 1999.
In addition, Mr. Flaherty was a director of CanBaikal Resources Inc., an oil and gas company operating in the FSU, from 1996 until 2002.
Mr. Flaherty holds a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) degree and a Masters in Business Administration.
Wade Dawe — Director
Bedford, Nova Scotia
Wade K. Dawe, age 36, has been a director since January 2004. Mr. Dawe is currently the
President and Chief Executive Officer of Linear Gold Corp., a TSX listed gold exploration
company. Mr. Dawe has been an entrepreneur in Canadian mining and venture capital industries
since 1994. With extensive contacts in the business and investment banking communities he
has worked and consulted for a number of successful publicly traded companies and has raised
millions of dollars in equity financing. He currently serves as a director of TSX listed Minco
Silver Corporation, TSX Venture listed East Energy Corp. and ImmunoVaccine Technologies Inc.
Mr. Dawe has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland (MUN) 1992.
Dale Bossert — Director
Calgary, Alberta
Mr. Bossert has had a distinguished career in the petroleum industry in both Canada and the United States.
Mr. Bossert has over 30 years experience, starting as an Engineer with AMOCO Canada Petroleum in 1966.
Leaving AMOCO in 1978 to join Texas based Union Pacific Resources Company,
Mr. Bossert progressively advanced to the position of Vice President Exploration and Production Services.
Union Pacific was the largest and most profitable US based independent oil and gas company.
After retiring from Union Pacific in 1995, Mr. Bossert has consulted to US based energy firms
providing advice on the acquisition of Canadian Oil and Gas properties.
John G.F. McLeod — Director Calgary, Alberta
President and Chief Executive Officer of ONCO Petroleum Inc., a private company operating in Ontario and Michigan.
John has over 30 years of technical and management experience in the upstream oil and gas industry, both domestic
and international. Initially he spent 15 years with Amoco Canada, including 4 years as Chief Engineer. He has since
held management positions with a number of domestic and international companies, including Moreland Oil & Gas,
AMH Resource Management, Pengrowth, Arakis Energy, Canoro Resources, CanArgo Energy and recently Rally Energy Corp. In
addition to North American experience, John has been involved in international projects in countries which include
China, Sudan, Egypt, Pakistan, Guinea, Congo ( Brazzaville ) and Papua New Guinea. He is currently a director of
Heritage Oil Corporation, Castle Rock Petroleum, Tuscany Energy Ltd., Highview Resources Ltd. and Diaz Resources Ltd.
John holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick and is a member of APEGGA.
